The Role of Technological Innovation in Promoting the Improvement of Learning Quality in Educational Institutions

This study examines the relationship between technological innovation and learning quality in higher education. Using a quantitative explanatory design, the study involved 120 students at a state university in Malang City, Indonesia, who actively used institutional digital learning platforms. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire measuring digital interactivity, material accessibility, multimedia integration, and learning quality indicators. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that digital interactivity significantly predicts learning engagement (B=0.498; β=0.542; t=6.92; p<0.001), material accessibility significantly predicts instructional effectiveness (B=0.462; β=0.528; t=6.71; p<0.001), and multimedia integration provides the strongest contribution to learning experience quality (B=0.531; β=0.557; t=7.08; p<0.001). The findings indicate that effective technology integration enhances student engagement, accessibility, and learning experiences through appropriate pedagogical design and digital readiness.
